transpixel This is Lutherus Andre, the man who signed for both Marie and her brother Charles to enter America.  He first came to America from Sweden in 1889.  In 1892, he was working at the Forest Woodward farm in Cottage Grove.  For both Marie and Charles, he travelled to Sweden, arranged their passage, and signed for them to enter the country.
